I have a good skills in handling staffs and making the problems solve easily and I am a good listener and I will be a good inspiration to all the people as a leader and I want to make media perfect with all the things and i am a dhod in creative team of media so i know the things to handle
I have a good skills in communication and editing skills which Is important in media and I work hard to my position to get the success of the term and help every staff and change the things in media
as a leader I have a plan of making more events and make the citizens to enjoy and I will make the corruption, nepotism and egos between staff and citizens to decrease and make a good team work with the whole department.

• conducting more event between the staffs and citizens so they can have a interest in roleplay
• Conducting weekly meeting between staffs and listening to there problems and suggestions it will improve the team work and solve the problems easily
• Conducting promotion ceremony weekly to make the staff get more active and they will get more dedicated to work and giving them bonus for the work they have done
• All High command should visit the game and supervise the employee for atleast 1 hour and in discord all High command should watch their work dones
• Giving opportunity to creative team and journalism staffs to make posters and articles by all staff so they will get inspired more
