*As I want to be in media as for improving Media as in last term I saw they were posting and did viral many fake news as they have posted like one gang attacked on the governer but it was false.
* As I want to improve this.
Not only this media has many things to improve in i ll sure develop media to a good and better organisation ever.
*Media ll not have any issues with in the organization and not with other people also.
I want to be the leader of media as for making and give better experience to all who have a dream of becoming a reporter or want to join in news in real life.
* I would like to improve the ads team as they are available sometimes and sometimes not.
*I ll conduct some regular meetings to clear their doubts and problems.
*Experience in Other Organizations: Alongside my media experience, I have served as a colonel of hrt in the Army and as a Minister and pr director in the Government. These roles have equipped me with leadership skills, the ability to manage large teams, and a deep understanding of roleplay rules I can even manage a organisation and a department.

in the organization.
*Media should have a proper proof or good reason of post as they are posting even fake news for their growth in trp.
*They can have like a system called bonus - advertisers for publishing the news of city and other organisations and a reporter and camera man for recording the events .
* Media can have like some bonus system like hardworking people will get award and they ll stay motivated towards the organization.This change in focus of Creative will now give them opportunities to earn bonuses and have work to do in between working on tickets and events.
