- I want to become the leader of Liberty because I have spent a long time in the city and I truly understand the potential this gang has. Over time, I have seen how important strong leadership, unity, and activity are for a gang to grow and stay respected. I believe Liberty has everything it needs to become one of the strongest organizations if guided in the right direction.My journey started with Vipers, where I learned the basics of gang life, leadership, structure, and teamwork. That experience helped me understand how members should be treated, how discipline works, and how to keep everyone working together. After that, I served as Deputy of Inferno and of Lós Nomadas, where I gained more responsibility by helping lead operations, planning events, and making sure members stayed active and motivated. This role taught me how to handle pressure, resolve internal issues, and support the leader in running the organization smoothly.I have also been an ex-leader of Liberty, which gave me full leadership experience. Being a leader taught me how to make important decisions, manage the entire organization, and take responsibility for both success and mistakes. It helped me grow as a leader and understand what it truly takes to run a gang properly.With all this experience, I am ready to put my full effort into Liberty. My main focus will be on building strong teamwork, loyalty among members, and consistent activity. I want every member to feel involved, respected, and proud to be part of Liberty.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
- To improve roleplay in Liberty, I want to focus on quality and meaningful scenarios rather than random actions. I plan to introduce structured gang events, proper storylines, and realistic situations such as turf wars, alliances, and rivalries that have clear reasons behind them. This will make roleplay more enjoyable and immersive for both gang members and other players.I will also make sure that new members are welcomed properly and guided step by step. I will personally help them understand gang rules, roleplay standards, and how to behave in different situations. By leading through actions, maintaining discipline, and setting a good example, Liberty will become known as a gang with strong unity, good roleplay, and respect across the city.
