1. Employee of the week ceremony every week:- Firstly I will held a bonus ceremony every week for one member of my organization that is doing great work and done so many ads in a week
2.Promotion ceremony:- I will held a promotion ceremony within a week so that all new members get promotion for their work and they will get motivation to do work for the organisation so that they become more active and the ads of people will upload fast and citizens don't want to wait for that when his ad will post.
3.Conducting regular training for members and training them to be at the highest level of efficiency.
