2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
1. I have a dream to help people and make them happy and i think leader of Hospital post is perfect to it, i want to guide my citizens of city to a right way so that they can always loyal to the Hospital and other state organisations and also people will help state employees to find a criminal in the city. And I will make an environment where everyone is valuabled and I will try that no will leave our hospital without getting help from my OFFICER.
2. Also it is a big responsibility to become leader of Hospital but... I am also not a new player i m also a old player in the game i have earlier a account whose level was 8 which i lost and i have worked in a lot of organisations like hospital, army and cleared the application and interview of police officer and once again in police and also worked in inferno, viper as a hc and cleared a lot of application of Liberty, viper but rejected because I don't know too much rules but now I have learnt a lot of rules and i closed my application many times because on fixed time I am not available I am from india I am only available on 3 pm to 5:30 and some time till 6 pm generally and during weekends 11 pm to 5 am IST but I can only give interview on 3 pm to 5 pm so.. after opening a new account i worked in media and in government and in police and i closed my police leader application to apply and become leader of Hospital due to some irl issue too i closed my police department leader application but main reason behind it was that my friend said me that hospital term is also going to end and then i make mind and i want to become leader of Hospital and worked with their co operative member and i also want that much effective officer to make my term easier because it is impossible to make the Hospital top in city alone behind it there is a lot of work done by the officers so I will like to work with that co operative officers and staff to make the Hospital best organisation. And see hero and heroine in white court and to make the people of city happy.
3. I also want to become leader of Hospital because i have a lot of interest in helping others and take a big role and if anything in me is fault i will fix . And i will also ensure order and legality for the Hospital with law, procedures and action to manage citizens needs, security, help and i will comply with the demand of people and also i like to take pleasure to get this role.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
My advice to improve roleplay in the organisation -
1. Firstly i noticed that in police there you will get trainee rank and then get train by fto and if they are not online do nothing eat 5 star and get bored so in hospital i will never let this happen instead of this I will make a law that the person who is inviting you in organisation have to give training so that it would be clear on hand and we don't need to eat 5 star and get bored.
2. I will always respond to my officers and staff and also the citizens of city because in janodi sir term he didn't respond when I lost my account i open new one ask janodi can I apply for police department but he didn't respond not a single time he responded then i thought i will never do like that to anyone I am not disrespect janodi sir but this point can really increase roleplay in game if anyone is interested to join and he can become a good officer then it is a big opportunity to keep like this person is organisation they can be very make a very effective team in hospital and this will increase roleplay in game too much.
3. I will try to organize many a lot lot lot of events so that citizens will be engaged in this and enjoying the city i will also perform some speech so that player will understand their marinda right and become a good citizen .
