Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization?
My work experience as a Deputy Director Under Nelson FX Leadership of 2 terms , Deputy Governor and currently holding as CEO of media (interim). All of these experiences in the city rp grand make me a very good choice to lead this Organisation.
As a Leader of Media, I am confident about my knowledge in managing majority of things as mine. I have leadership skills and communication skills as I have experience in managing the Organisation. I believe that my Hardwork and persevence and will power will lead this organisation on to the top positions.
Leading an organisation has been a dream for me ever since I have enter into the city. I have worked very hard to become a leader especially media has special place in my heart and leading this organisation is an true honor for me and I beleive that I will give my best in my work.
what is your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization?
Ads Department : This department plays a major role in the city for the purpose of exchange of materials. But I believe that ads department has very low salary. I as a leader I will try to increase the salary to encourage the ads department.
Creative Department : I will plan and organise separate works for everyone in the creative department for smooth functioning and also for a quick about any promotion.
Journalism Department : For the journalism department I have a new plan for journalist to respond any major activity happening in the city immediately to keep the people of this city updated with what are happening around the city.
Human Resources : I believe that HR department is like a foundation for the organisation. I will strengthen my HR team, so that even new players will get proper training and know about all the rules. This will help in smooth functioning of the organisation.
I will conduct regular meetings with the High command and with members to have close look over the functioning of the organisation.
I will conduct Promotion ceremony and will provide proper bonuses to keep the members of the organisation happy.
I believe that toxicity and domination in the organisation can be a major issue. I as a leader will remove any kind of toxicity in the organisation.
I will try to introduce the new events for RP Grand citizens like Film making , etc.. and also so many people dont know the Best locations in game , I will try to introduce the places in Media.
