Why do want to be the leader of this specific. organisation?
1) PASSIONATE
Serving the country by doing a good roleplay has always been my habit. This organisation allows me express my talent and will help me better serve the country in terms of roleplay. I can respect everyone, and stay focused side by growing my professional career with everyone.
2) SKILL DEVELOPMENT
This organisation will help a individual to develop his skills and knowledge on law, cybersecurity and terrorism. This will help my personal development alongside being the leader I will be ready to help my fellow mates. It will help me handle tough situations, it will ensure no one breaks the heart laws of the roleplay in the city.
3) MISSION TO MAKE A IMPACT
I have always had a desire to be the leader to make a valid impact in protecting the country and promoting justice. This will help complete my desire to serve the public. I will focus on picking the right team and grooming them to form the best team the organisation has ever witnessed. I am confident that if I be a leader my term will be successful enough.
My advice for improving roleplay in the organisation:
1) Unity among the members of organisation should be promoted.
2) Communication gap between the low rank and the highest rank in the organisation should be narrowed.
3) Try to Promote Honest, dedication, Discipline.
4) Respect Every player on the city.
5) Give proper training to the new candidates. Always guide them in a right path.
6) Rewards for the best performers
7) Keep the work space clean and friendly.
EXTRA NOTE :
I have previously worked with FBI, Army and Media as a regular job worker. As I do have a lot of past experiences because I have also been in the high command post. I believe that I would make the organisation better. As I know the organisation better it will be a additional perk for me as I am looking forward to maintain the decorum of the roleplay in the country.
