1. Leadership experience: I am currently working in Police as the leader of Ground service (GS) department, so I know how to manage leadership and I was an Attorney in government so, I have good knowledge of Legislation and I was commander in army so I know the descipline.
2. Goals: As the leader of the FBI, I will maintain the respect of the FBI. I will try to make the FBI such that people show their interest in the FBI and if I make mistakes, I have knowledgeable friends like Mr. Janodi and Mr. Saad Akbar, so I will take their help in making the FBI better. I will always try to make the FBI better and i will try give the FBI the reward of being the best organization by doing my 100 percent.
Improvements:I will make a great FTO(Field Training Officer) team, they will teach the new members so they can be in their best form and make the city safe from criminals. I will hire the most experienced high commands and human resources they will help me to make my term the best. My high commands will make sure every operation in FBI happens smoothly.

1. I will give training to my High command so they can give training to trainees. I am currently a head of GS in so I know how to give trainings.
2. I will maintain professionalism by avoiding power abuse and favoritism and I will always follow FBI protocols.
3. I will hold a bonus ceremony every week. I will see everyone's work to see who is doing well and then I will give them a bonus, this way our employees will work well
4. I will teach my high commands to host weekly roleplay training sessions, where they will teach our new members how to handle and participate in a roleplay situation.
5. I will host weekly fun and interesting roleplay events so that no one gets bored and everyone feels attached to FBI, by this no one will want to leave the organisation
