2.Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organisation?
- I have been in city for a quite a bit of time and I have learnt a lot of things. I am the Senior inspector in PD. This city I like a second home. I have seen many organisations in the city but FBI have a special position in my heart. FBI is one of the best organisation that I have looked up for many years and leading such an organisation is a dream project.
--- I believe that FBI is one of the best organisation that gives their best in protecting the city and maintaining peace in the city. Leading such an organisation is a pleasure and I believe that strong leadership skills with my leadership skills I beleive that I can run the organisation in a very smooth way.
--- My Ultimate goal in the organisation is to build the FBI and make it one best organisation among all the state organisations with a great dedication.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay in the organization?
-- Firstly as a Director of the organisation I will try to focus more on the training of the new members. I will make sure that all the members of organisation will know all the rules and regulations. This ensures that members don't make any mistakes.
--- Secondary I will remove any kind of toxicity and domination in the organisation. So that all members of organisation will have equal chances. I will make sure that every member in the organisation are polite to each other.
-- I as Director I will held regular meetings in the organisation to have close look over the performance of organisation. This improves the performance and efficiency of the organisation.
-- I will held regular promotion meetings and weekly bonuses will be given to the members to ensure that every member of the organisation are very happy.
