• I want to become leader of this organisation because already I have Leadership Quality and Skills that help to me for begin my Term Goodly as you also can see my term gonna disband due to some Reason (Can't Tell Here) but now I will don't do this again also I want to take more good Leadership Quality and Skills.
• I know all this new Gheeto Goodly that help to me for do Graffiti fast and also I will make this Term more Active and on the Top position on the Gang like if someone think to join the Gang in his/her Mind first name will be Los Nómadas is my Promise.
• I have a good Communal Skills, Many Good Qualities also to get me this Term also also here is my Experience

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
• Clean and organized:- Everything is arranged properly. People know what to do and where they belong.
• Strong roleplay focus:- We give importance to story and acting, not only fighting or winning.
• Professional behavior:- Members act serious in RP. No jokes or anger without RP reason.
• Quality over action:- We don’t rush scenes. Sometimes slow RP looks better and more real.
• Gang identity:- Los Nómadas acts in one style. No random behavior every day.
• Trained members only:- New people are taught rules first. Not everyone joins directly.
• Training Session:- Per Week will announce a Training for all Members of Los Nómadas.
• Organized communication:- We talk clearly and plan things. Too much shouting makes RP bad.
• Fun:- We all do fun like a Family Members.
Events Attendence:- We will Attend more to more Events and will also post Proof on given Thread or Channel.
• I will always complay with my Curator.
Bonus System:- I will do Bonus System too Much High.
• Rank System:- I will change all over rank system of Los Nómadas.
