I have served in several key leadership positions, including Chief of Staff, Assistant Chief of Police, and Deputy Chief of Police, under the guidance of respected leaders such as Aryagamer Judo Sir and Krishna Malik Sir.
Throughout the past six months, I have further developed my expertise in law enforcement procedures, leadership responsibilities, and training new personnel. These experiences have inspired me to uphold a disciplined, impartial, and well-organized department.

As Chief, I will implement a streamlined IC and OOC training system that prepares cadets within 3–4 days. A specialized HR & Training Division will ensure all personnel are fully trained in procedures, arrest protocols, RP standards, and sound decision-making before active deployment.
Department-Wide Professional Standards
I will strictly enforce professional conduct across all ranks, including proper radio communication, adherence to the chain of command, and disciplined behavior during patrols, arrests, investigations, and civilian interactions.
Performance Reviews & Strategic Meetings
Weekly command and departmental meetings will be conducted to evaluate performance, identify areas of improvement, address concerns, and maintain transparency within the department.
Proactive Roleplay & Law Enforcement Presence
