Q.2. why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization? (give three reasons with explanation).
I want to lead the Los nomads Gang because I believe in my skills and ability to guide the group. As a leader, I can keep everyone united and make smart decisions for them that will help us grow stronger. If any team member makes a wrong decision, I’ll give him correct advice, and help him get back on the right path.
1. I am confident in my ability to lead effectively, make strategic decisions, and inspire others to achieve their best. Leadership is not just about power but about guiding others to fulfill a common goal. I want to bring structure, discipline, and a sense of belonging to the members, ensuring that everyone feels valued and motivated to contribute.
2. I have good experience for all the things which the leader should do like how to maintain discipline in my organization ,i will punish a person if he brakes the rules, there will be no reason for disbanding of the organization other than 1 month of time period. etc...
3. I will pick old and new members as I help new members and my department gives proper training. because I have a good expecting working in any other organization and again i will not leave any way so that the members will brake rules break any rule and if I have a chance to be the leader.
Q.3. Your advice for improving role play in the organization?
I will improve on my organization in the following ways.
1. I will try to select those people who have more experience and will give best training to new people like shooting practice etc..
2. I will help to explain all the rules to new people so they do work properly and without any mistakes.
3. I will make sure all members get the help and support also if they need my help, even when I’m not available at that moment My deputy leaders will be having proper training and experience to guide and assist new members, so that our gang will be having a good foundation so due to this the gang wouldn't face any problem and the gang will be running in smooth way.
4. I will make sure that everyone will be getting training about fight and hostage situation and also I will promote then according to there skill, work, knowledge, Experience and situation management as in some organizations the higher post people take money to give promotion to less skill person .
5 As we know that this gang is not so famous among other gangs so if i will become the leader of this gang i swear that this gang will go on the top among all the gangs.
