1. Leader for LOS NOMADAS
.1:- Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
1:- There are many reasons for my struggle to become a leader. But the most important reason among them is that I am very close to becoming the captain of a cricket team in my real life. In my opinion, the rank of a leader is equal to that of a captain. I want to face the mistakes I have to encounter in my real life beforehand in the game, learn from them, and improve them.
2:- I possess strong leadership abilities and genuinely enjoy guiding a team toward success. I have significant experience in both crime and state affairs, having spent the last two months immersed in the criminal world. This exposure has made activities like planning heists, engaging in combat, and navigating military raids some of my favorite aspects of roleplay. Given my passion and commitment to this lifestyle, it’s clear that leaving the criminal realm is not an option for me. Therefore, my ultimate goal is to become the leader of a criminal organization.
3:-I am specifically choosing Los Manadas over other gangs because of the curator. To build a successful gang, having a supportive and approachable curator is essential. From my experience and knowledge of Viper as a curator, he has proven to be a truly helpful and reliable individua
I will speak respectfully with every member of my gang. I will learn from the mistakes that happen and try to make my gang better. I will compete with other gangs honestly. And I will maintain unity in my gang. For your information, I am well aware of all the rules of RP, and I will certainly follow them thoroughly.
Q:-2 Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization?
I plan to recruit members through a rigorous interview process, placing particular emphasis on selecting active and experienced players to ensure top-quality roleplay. Additionally, I will establish a dedicated HR team to train newcomers. My primary focus will be on strict adherence to general gang rules, including key regulations like E.R 1.4, E.R 1.9, NLR, and all ghetto guidelines. Similar to my previous term, I will implement a structured punishment system for rule violations. To further enhance the roleplay experience, I believe we should engage more frequently in scenarios like hostage situations and robberies, adding a realistic touch to our actions.
