-- Firstly I am a very passionate guy about leadership and its my dream to be the leader of the gang of the gang. I believe gangs are fun in Rp grand.
-- Secondly I have a great experience of high command In rp grand as a Department Director of ads in Media. And I was also been high command in many gangs in Grand rp.
--- Third I am a kind of person who gives best in everything and tries to make the best. I work very hard for everything.
3.Your advice for improving Roleplay in the organisation?
-- Firstly i believe that toxicity in the organisation significantly decreased the experience of the roleplay of the new players. I will try my best to make an organisation without any toxicity and domination.
-- Secondary There are many players out in the city who want to join gangs but lack the knowledge and skills. To resolve this problem i will create a seperate team in the gang for improving skills like shooting and tactics for the players in the organisation.This significantly increases the roleplay for the players.
-- Third I will guide all the players by setting up clear goals and frequent session to discuss on the problems and issues in the organisation. I will make sure all the players follow the rules.
