1) Vision for Dominance: I aim to lead the Viper to new heights and solidified our reputation as the most formidable and powerful organization in the territory.
2) Unifying Leadership: A strong leader is essential is to unite the gang under a shared purpose. I have the skills to resolve conflicts, inspire loyalty and also make a faster collaboration among our members.
3) Adaptation to Challenges: In this time where power struggles are constant adaptability is crucial. So at that think I will bring innovative ideas to counter rival threats. And I also ensure that Viper stays ahead of the competition while protecting our interests.

Ans: Yes, I Have 2 advices from my side for the improvement of roleplay in the organization.
1) Create ongoing plots such as rival gang conflicts, atm robbery, bank robbery (when is available), Internel power struggles.
2) Allow members to influence outcomes through their actions making the rp feel organic and unpredictable.
