I was in event (paint factory) and one of infernos gang member come and abuse us + he break rule- fail rp, fear rp& GR 3.2

Also we said him to hands up with 2 guns but he abused
(In proof you can see he didn't hands up (fear rp)
Having 2 guns pointing in his head and he gone from there (fail rp)
Abusing (GR 3.2)
