1. I Know the Army Organization Well:
I have been with this group for a while, so I understand how it works. I want to keep it strong and help everyone feel like they belong.I love working with people and helping them do their best. Leading this group would give me the chance to guide and support them..
2.In Roleplay we have to play in this era like more realistic feel..We should create more scenarios where members talk and work together. This will make the roleplay feel more real and fun..And i create the hype of the inferno Gang in the city.
3. As a leader, I can make smart decisions that will help the group grow. I will make sure everyone has a role and works well together..Like they execute her self in their role..

My advice to improve my organisation..
1. Organize regular training sessions for all members. This will help everyone understand their roles better and improve the overall roleplay experience.Having clear rules for how to act in roleplay will make things run smoothly. This way, everyone knows what to do and how to stay in character.
