In the Proof i sended one screenshot and one video in the screwnshot it's first one in that we can clearly see the number of participants were remain 8 but at next moment in the video we can see it camed to 10 again. Take actions against them.

In the ss and the video we can see the time of it from which we can see at last time it was 8 and in next second it went to 10 which can be clearly consider as a rule break.
