2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization?
Reason 1 – Extensive High-Command Experience & Former Leader
I have previously served as Leader of Liberty, which gave me strong experience in commanding and managing a large organization. Along with that, I have been Deputy and High Command in almost every gang and state organization except Media, giving me a complete understanding of gang operations, discipline systems, event planning, and team management.
This experience makes me fully capable of leading Vipers with professionalism and confidence.
Reason 2 – Long-Term Strategic Vision for Vipers
My goal for Vipers is to make it a highly active, disciplined, and respected gang in RP Grand. I want Vipers to grow not just in numbers but in quality roleplay, organized operations, and strong turf control.
I plan to establish structured training, a clear chain of command, and strong coordination for events like Graffiti, Paint Factory, COT, and Turf Wars.
With proper discipline, strategic planning, and teamwork, Vipers can become one of the top-performing gangs in the city.

3. My Advice for Improving RolePlay in the Organization
Regular Professional Training Weekly RP sessions for shooting, driving, call-outs, hostage RP, and movements to keep members skilled and realistic.
Strong Hierarchy & Discipline
A proper command chain must be followed. Members should respect ranks, avoid toxicity, follow IC instructions, and maintain strict IC–OOC separation.
Unique RP Events & Activities
Conduct planned events like Paint Factory, Graffiti, COT, Army Raid, and other gang-oriented operations to increase realistic RP and teamwork.
Fair & Transparent Rewards System
Active, loyal, and disciplined members will receive bonuses, promotions, and recognition. This keeps the gang motivated and professional.
