2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this viper organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
{1} I want to become leader of Vipers because I have already worked in gangs as 3 times under deputy in Vipers , 5 under deputy in los nomands , 1 time under deputy in inferno and 2 time under deputy in liberty. These ranks are given to me because of my hardwork and activeness by the respective leaders.
{2} I want to become leader of Vipers because I have a good knowledge of rules and my experience and my knowledge gives me a confidence to apply for vipers and lead the gang. I want to take the Vipers back in the city as most active gang with 100% territories and 100% Graffiti.
{3} I want to become leader of Vipers because it's my favourite gang in all gangs and also Vipers is attached to my heart because I was in the gang in 10th term and 11th term without leaving the gang and I was attending 15+ paint factory in a day . Bdrizzo given me the under deputy rank starting of term because of my activity and I didn't broke his trust on me i didn't leaved the gang and stayed in the gang for whole term and I did the same thing in 11th term of krishna.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
{1} I will focus on Army raid to do the maximum army raids I can do in a day with the help of my gang members by this we will get armours , guns.
{2} I will give the bonus and promotions to gang members daily for their involvement in events like Paint factory, Army raid , capture of territory and bank robbery.
{3} I will focus on hiring gang members with full of activeness to make the gang active in city and I will try to capture 100% territories and I will try to do 100% graffitis.
{4} I will try to find the best and active deputy leader who will not leave until the term over and they will help to make the gang active in the city.
