•My past experience : I am ex senior constables in Pd in last term, ex agent in FBI, ex chief usss officer, ex hod in media, ex HR in hospital I work in many state organization as hc so I know how work organizistion so I make best decision in Pd and I try to hire much employee in Pd because Pd and FBI I maintain proper law system in Pd I make new protocols for Pd and I am able to lead the Pd and I ensure to every employee in under my commands
•Law and orders : I am dedicated that I upholding law and order so it's make disiplana in central police and I improve efficient strtegis so its reduce crime in city and I ensure that Pd employee work properly and I and maintain good relationship with other state org so it's make calm environment in city and I monitor Pd employee who work or not and I condute regularly meetings and in weak one one time I conducted weekily meeting so I get feedback from my members so I improve myself and make best org in city
•nepotism & favouritism : I work in many state organization and in many state organization I see nepotism and favoritism so in my leadership I make best and effective promotion system and make best bonus system so it's improves in Pd members and I monitor my hc and deputy and members so I make sure that no nepotism and favoritism in Pd

• skill development and training: I work in many state organizations so i know training is basic in any organization because from training new people know about his organization and know about city
• commands : in any state organization command is most important because for command we can respond fast so it's very important for pd
• events : I work in many state organizations and i see state organizations have no many event so I create event in pd so it's impact in members of helth and he work with no sterss
