2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
- The first reason is that, I have a HC experience in almost all the state organisations, also I am professional towards my work.
- I want to be leader of Central Police Department or you can say that I want to be Chief of PD because, I have seen that Police Department is being very non active these days as the aura of police have been lowed and the image of police department have been little spoiled. I want to make the image of Central Police Department and I want to do a great comeback of Police Department.
- The third reason is that, I have been a great learning and fighting skills, through which I can train my juniors and make the Police Department stronger.
- I have a good communication skills which can help to make Police Department a best organisation.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
:- Advices to improve the RolePlay of Central Police Department are as follows:-
- The direct hiring through application should be stopped.
- There will be follow of every Roleplay rules.
- I will, myself maintain the RolePlay such that we can say that five (5) bad cops in our Police Department as it is rule that there can be give (5) bad officers can be there in a organisation.
- I will try my best to give High Command ( HC ) ranks to the most deserving persons.
- I will take strict actions for any rule breaker either he/she is in our Police Department team or a normal citizen.
- I will try my best to hire a good human resources team and no type corruption will done ( According to rules).
- I will make sure that in Central Police Department, All the Police Department officers should be aware about the PDA TRAINING, and further more trainings done in Police Department.
- Every Police Officer must know the fines and warrents rules as I have seen in many cases that wrong fines and fake arrests.
- I will make sure that every Police Department officer must maintain honesty. But this can carry upto five (5) bad cops.
* Ranks:-
1.Chief of Police: Leader of police
2.Deputy Chief of Police: Deputy leader of Police Department, oversees the work of High Command Officers.
3.Assistant Chief of Police: Assistant leader of police, Overseas the work of every department's chif of staff.
4.Chief of Staff: Head of all staff of police having low or intermediate ranks.
5.District Attorney: Licensed attorney, used to provide attorney at free of cost to the offender.
6.Head of Department: Head supervisor of a department.
7.Supervisor of Department: Junior supervisor of department, In case of conflict between Supervisor of Department and Head of department then they will leave the decision for Chief of Staff.
8.Inspector: Patrolling Captain, All the officers will follow his/her rule in patrolling.
9.Commander : Train to the cadets. + Provide PDA training.
10.Captain: Train to the cadets.

. Hires employees and give them best rank according to there interview. NO CORRUPT OFFICER IN THIS DEPARTMENT.
12.S.W.A.T: Special Weapon and Tactics Team, provide high breaching operations, help in breaching and providing security.
13.Senior Sergeant: : Senior authority at gate. Helps in secret and special task.
14.Sergeant: Protects High Officials.
15.Senior Corporal: High Command in providing security at gate.
16.Corporal: Provide security at Police Department.
17.Senior Patrol Officer: Patrol the city. Can go for patrolling alone.
18.Patrol Officer: Patrol the whole city and give report to chief of staff. Cant go alone for patrolling, have to take any Senior Patrol officer or any other high rank.
19.Under officer: Welcomes Citizens who come in our Police Department.
20.Cadet: Take training from captain and commander.
I have taken less ranks because in the previous term we saw that due to lots of rank there was a lot misunderstanding and conjusted.
