I’ve been part of the Hospital for quite a while now, and I’ve actually enjoyed the work a lot. Over time, I learned how our department functions — the busy times, the serious emergency calls, and also the small moments where a medic can really help someone continue their RP.
I know what our staff deals with daily because I’ve been through it too. I’ve trained new members, handled pressure situations, and tried to keep the team focused and positive. If I get this position, I want every citizen to feel they’re getting proper care and every medic to feel confident in what they do.
For me, the Hospital shouldn’t be seen as just a respawn spot. It should feel like an important part of the city — organized, respected, and a place where players experience real medical roleplay.
I believe in fair leadership. Everyone should have a clear role, equal chances to grow, and support when they need it. A strong department is built on unity, discipline, and good communication, and that’s the atmosphere I want to create.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization. :
I want the medical RP to feel more active and realistic. For that, I’ll mainly work on:
Better Skill Training
Emergency and trauma RP practice
Proper triage & treatment procedures
Team communication and quick response
This will make our roleplay look more organized and enjoyable for everyone involved.

Health camps and awareness Event
Joint drills with Police & Other Organisation
Taking feedback from players to improve services
