1. Experience....
Answer : I have experience of other rp games leadership.. and alsoo in grand rp experience. And many other. Therefore I know rules and regulations of rp games..
And in rp grand. I have experience of many states organization. Like two time officer of PD. ONE Time FBI. In this two organization I learn many thing to my senior and . Also complete my training by my honest trainer... And I have alsoo EMS experience as LT (Lab technician). And I learn here medical services for citizens. And. Many other.. and I have alsoo government experience as one time field agent.. and one time government HC . AS CHEIF OF Usss in government. I do my responsibility and do my work with honestly.....

As the leader of the army, I want to ensure the safety and security of all citizens in RP Grand. I plan to achieve this by:
- Developing and implementing effective strategies to prevent and respond to threats
- Collaborating with other factions, such as the Police Department, to share intelligence and resources
- Providing training and resources to army members to enhance their skills and abilities
3. Promote Unity and Cooperation

As the leader of the army, I want to promote unity and cooperation among all factions and citizens in RP Grand. I plan to achieve this by:
- Fostering open communication and collaboration with other factions and leaders
- Encouraging joint operations and training exercises to build trust and cooperation
- Promoting a culture of respect, inclusivity, and teamwork within the army and beyond
My advice to improve role play.......
Answer : I will conduct training session for new joiner. And appoint honest HC . Who can train them.. and I will give them training. How to manage the stuitaion and how to handle the situation. And I will teach them how to communicate with citizens. Or how to communicate with senior. I will learn them discipline...
I will teach them how to guide the citizens.. and . Alsoo I teach them how to do your responsibility with honestly. And teach them be unite and work with Unity..
