2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization?
Reason 1 – Extensive High-Command Experience & Former Leader
I have previously served as Leader of Liberty, gaining firsthand experience in managing the entire organization. Along with that, I have held Deputy and High Command roles in almost every gang and state organization, except Media. This unmatched exposure to leadership, strategy, discipline, and command systems across different states makes me fully prepared to handle Liberty on a professional level. My experience allows me to understand how to control large teams, maintain order, and guide members toward success.
Reason 2 – Long-Term Strategic Vision for Liberty
I aim to rebuild Liberty into a disciplined, active, and feared-but-respected gang in RP Grand. My goal is not just activity but professional growth — focusing on organized RP, event management, proper turf holding, and unique gang identity. I plan to implement structured training, better communication systems, and clear role divisions to ensure smooth operations. With strong alliances, diplomatic handling, and strict discipline, Liberty can reclaim its position as one of the top organizations

Gangs grow strong when members feel valued. I believe in fair promotions, transparent rules, and equal opportunities for everyone. 3. My Advice for Improving RolePlay in the Organization
- Regular Professional Training
Conduct weekly RP training for shooting, driving, formations, hostage situations, call-outs, and communication to improve realism and tactics.
Strong Hierarchy & Discipline
Implement a proper command chain where members respect ranks, avoid toxicity, follow leader instructions, and maintain IC–OOC separation at all times.
Unique RP Events & Activities
Organize planned events like Paint Factory, Graffiti, COT, Army Raid which acts as real rp in gangs.
Fair & Transparent Rewards System
Promote active and disciplined members with bonuses, ranks, and recognition to motivate others and keep the gangs dedicated and professional.
