Additional information
1. Leader for... Liberty
2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
1. I want to bring back the old Liberty culture
I’ve been around long enough to see what Liberty truly stands for — discipline, unity, and clean RP. Recently, I’ve felt that the organization has the potential to rise again, but it needs someone who understands its roots. I want to lead Liberty because I know how strong it can be when everyone works together, and I want to bring that atmosphere back.
2. I’m confident in managing people and keeping things organized
I’m good at handling people calmly, even in stressful situations. Liberty needs a leader who can maintain structure, guide members properly, and make decisions without creating chaos. I enjoy organizing things, training players, and keeping the team motivated. I believe these strengths make me a reliable fit for the leadership role.
3. I want to improve the RP quality inside the organization
My main goal is to make Liberty known for solid, realistic RP. I want every member to feel like they are part of something serious, not random gameplay. From communication to discipline, I want to set a standard that other organizations look up to.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
Honestly, I feel our RP can improve a lot if we focus on a few simple things. First, everyone should talk properly on radio and avoid shouting or giving mixed instructions. When communication is clean, the whole situation becomes smoother.
Second, I think regular small trainings help a lot. Not big events — just quick sessions where we practice formations, basic commands, and how to handle different situations. This makes everyone more confident and reduces confusion during real RP.
Another thing is discipline. If members follow the chain of command and don’t act randomly, the org automatically looks more professional. Even small details like standing properly, following orders, or moving as a unit make a big difference.
And lastly, we should try doing more realistic RP instead of rushing everything. Things like patrolling, checking IDs, talking to civilians, small interactions — these make the org feel active and not just about fights.
That’s it. Just simple, practical things that can make the whole org look cleaner and stronger in RP.
