2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
i . I want to become leader of liberty because, I have served as leader of Los Nomadas and Inferno. ,which give me deep understanding about gangs and how to operate it. I have well knowledge about rules and regulations.
ii. If I get the chance to lead the liberty, I will try to make role play better, I will organize weekly base event and keep gang active, I will give chance to new player, I will establish fair rank system, I will bring discipline in the gang and make strict rules.
iii. With my experience in gangs and leadership qualities help me to take fair decisions, leading member and in other gang activities. I will full try to dominate all other gang, get most territories and full try to make my gang term successful.
3. Your advice for improving Role play in the organization :
The most important thing to improve role play is give purpose to every member. Member enjoy role play when they have specific work like truffer team, Human resources team etc . By organizing gangs event such as Robbing, kidnapping, bank robbery and other gangs event will make interest to gang member to join events. I will also host weekly promotion ceremony and give fair rank to members which give interest to gang member to join most of the event and get promotion and I will also establish fair warn/strike system.
