2.I want to be leader of army faction as I have experience of being a leader on another rp game I stopped playing (OneState)
1) I have the communication skills and problem solving skills
And I am able to listen attentively to my army personnel and know what they need and collect feedback from them on how the base is daily
2)I want the rp grand army to be the best organisation yet in the game and improve the organisation
3)Leadership experience I want to be part of the growth of rp grand as I want the game to grow wide and be the best rp mobile game
3. My advice will be the faction interviews should be Ingame and on discord and interviewers will be able to use Ingame microphones which will let the players have an immersive experience in role playing.
