2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 one of the reasons is in real life i want to join army and serve nation i have already given nda exam which is popular in our country . I have the pleasure to serve my county so I need more experience about leadership .
2.2 I have already served as a caption in rp grand and i have all the knowledge about that , i can manage my team to become best and available evetime if there is an emergency in the city .
2.3 There will be no favoritism everyone will be fair promotions for their hard work and time so they can be do great work with us and always be some of soldiers for ammo runs and help other orgs and as a leader of army i will try to be most active and friendly with my soldiers.
3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization.
a)I will make sure that my soldiers are forced on following basic \ commands all the time too avoid any OOC rule breaks or IC .
b)i will focusing on gating more number in army specially getting old army member , daily conducting mass recruitments so we always have units with well trained.
c)i will be careful with warehouse permission and who i give HC to and only trusted people and i will be make sure New Recruits will be trained properly about all the locations of base.
And army means respect i will make every one to respect each other and make a proper manner in army .
