• Myself I have Leadership Skills as been Gang leader in en3 and I know How to deal with an organisation without getting warnings.
• As I will ensure to make the media as very good active organisation in state. By providing the best Bonus to the employees on time. And create Fun activities every Week.
• I will hire more employee for ads team so it's make citizens to use the media services on time and get much good experience. One of my greatest strengths is my ability to build a positive relationship and foster a sense of camaraderie among my team members.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
• I will do an interview session with other Leaders like a telecast. Which Promotes best rp experience among the All.
• will do talent shows where the citizens can perform as per they best.
• I will also plan to bring in employee of week system into the orgs for the employees from each of the department and promotion Ceremony every weekend.
• In my term I will treat everyone equally whether it's deputy or High command or a normal Employee everyone will be in a positive environment.
