2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
Ans- I want be the leader of the Viper because of knowledge and experience in over a year and in other rp games i have many experiences of the high command and deputy:
(1) I have many experiences serving as deputy leader for the inferno under the leadership of Rarebro Jackie sir , And I serve as highcommand for the army under the zack legend leadership, and I get many offer to become deputy directly then you can see how much I am important for many org and if I join then many player join Viper because I have huge connection to players, I have a strong understanding of the game and am well-equipped to train new players. I help them grasp the concept of Role Play and the importance of developing an in-game personality for their character. I also encourage my members to engage in fair RP.
(2) I have Good communication skills and it is the most important thing too and it's helpful in :
Build Relationships with members, it helps to improve members in game and in org ,it helps in motivating members so he can work
(3) With a strong knowledge of rules and cases, I can help members to understand which penal codes are applicable and which are not.
(4)Strategic Vision: I have a clear vision of how the gang can grow and expand its reach. I understand the dynamics of both the internal operations and external factors that affect our success. With careful planning and calculated risk-taking, I believe I can lead the gang to greater prosperity while ensuring that it maintains a strong and sustainable presence in the area.
3. Your advice for improving Roleplay in the organization.
Ana -For improving roleplay i will do something like :
→ I will see all high command there are doing good work or not and if they are doing corruption in gang and take bribes then I will not tolerate them they will get punishment according to rules
→ I will guide new players how to join an organization and what are the requirements to join the organization and also guide them to learn rules.
→ I will make the Deputy, high command, who is well experienced and knows about general rules, state rules, army rules properly and can lead the Viper
→ I will guide those who don't know what the events are and how to do events and tell what the rules of events are and then we will go territory capture
--> I will say that if we want to go in top then we want to be online more and more because at first we want man power to become strongest gang of we get man power then we want to check they are unity or not and he respectfully behavior to against high command
