2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)

1. I want to become the leader to secure my own state and sacrifices my life for my state. I'm fully confident that I can handle this organization without any fear and control every RP situation better.
I have a strong sense of responsibility to protect and serve the nation or community to seek leadership in a military organization. As a leader, I can directly influence strategies, decisions, and operations that align with their dedication to public service.
2.I will guide all the soldiers and give them a better training too become a skilled person. They may have a vision for fostering unity,discipline, and high morale among troops, ensuring that each member works together efficiently and effectively. And make all the soldiers without any corruption or disrespectful to anyone.
3. I wanted to became the leader of Army for a main reason it is that I know many rules, laws and I had been an Govt Special Agent and I know many laws and rules about the leaders and all the members of my organization will be very skilled and get trained to take any hard situations to solve them thoroughly by stratagies, planning, etc.
I will keep a event every week in which the organization members will be trained that how we have to solve any problems and what we have to do when we get those problems.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
--> I will improve many things in this organization will add the storylines, ranks will be there and the players who is doing the hard work for the organization he will get rank up and be an commandor
And I will change this whole Organization and make it good and help everyone and fight for our state and give our lives also for it.
And will host special events in which the members in this organization given such critical problems and they have to use there strategies what to do in this situation, etc..
