He rejected my complaint without giving me time to upload any other proof and without asking any other proof. You can check the timing in this ss of his decision. I know he is admin but admin are not like organisation leader that what they want to do they will do. They have to work with procedure but honey Pluxury didn’t worked with process and directly rejected my complaint
