Additional information

1. Leader for Media Organization

2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)

1.As a leader of a media organization, I would have the opportunity to shape how critical issues are covered and discussed. This allows me to influence public opinion, highlight important stories, and advocate for positive societal change. Being at the forefront of media leadership offers the chance to ensure diverse voices and perspectives are represented, ultimately contributing to an informed and engaged public.
2. I would relish the challenge of guiding the organization through innovation and adaptation, finding creative ways to reach new audiences, and ensuring the business remains relevant in a competitive landscape. This requires not just a focus on content, but also the strategic development of new media formats and partnerships.
3. As a leader of media organisation I will create an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to produce their best work. I would prioritize fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace, where creativity thrives, and diverse ideas are welcomed. By nurturing talent and promoting growth opportunities, I believe I can build a team that is motivated and passionate about delivering high-quality journalism.

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.

1. I will ensure that the roleplay scenarios mimic real-world situations that media professionals may encounter, such as handling live broadcasts, managing public relations crises, or engaging with diverse audiences. This will help participants develop skills that are directly applicable to their work.

2.After each roleplay session, offer detailed feedback on performance, focusing on strengths and areas for improvement. This feedback should be actionable and constructive, allowing participants to refine their skills and build confidence

3.Have participants role-play not only as media professionals but also as the target audience. This can help individuals better understand the impact of their content on viewers, readers, or listeners, improving empathy and content relevance.

4. I will include crisis situations like handling a controversial story, managing a PR disaster, or responding to social media backlash. This will help media professionals develop quick thinking and problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations.
