-- Having Past Experience : Having served as a doctor, I have a understanding of our hospital's system. This experience give me understand the situations, making decisions, and best strategies.
-- More devlopment and Growth : The previous leadership have a strong foundation, but I want to introduce new techniques to care of patients, development of staffs. By having new technologies hospital employees will have good learning so we can take our hospital to new heights.
