1. I have a good knowledge of all rules and i was ex- DHOD of ads in media so i have very good knowledge of all media rules also and I also know what are the responsibilities for a leader because I have handled ads department for a short time when department director is on loa and HOD is not available.
2. I have good communication skills also that can help me a lot in this role and also it is very important for a leader to have good communication skills and I also was in many state organizations and i was a high command in government also so that also gives me a lot of knowledge of rp rules and regulations.
3. I also know all rules for a leader to follow and after handling ads department in media for a short time and was DHOD of ads , I think I can handle whole media organization because I have gained much experience of rules and regulations of rp and i have a lot of experience in media and in many state organizations and I will do my best for this organization.

1. Making up a channel names rank up requirements, in that channel all requirements are given for rank up according to player's rank and department.
2. Making COO, Department director or other high command ranks after seeing their work and if they are working hard then they will selected for the interview and if they passed in interview then they will get their high command rank but before the interview the player must know all media rules, all general rules and other rules that are important for a high command to know and after that he can give interview and interview is not easy, interview is very hard and if he pass he will get his high command role.
