Life story:
Ishan was born in a very rich Eagle Family in San Andreas. From childhood he had lived a very luxurious life. He got everything he wanted and he was the only child of his parents. But his happiness didn't stay for a long time. When ishan was 1 year old , his father passed out in a car accident, after his father's death, ishan was very upset and broke from inside but then he was living a luxurious life because of his mother. But after 2 years, his mother also passed out from Blood Cancer. After all of this ishan had nothing to live on
Career Story:
One day he was going home and in front of FIB building some gangsters killing their officers so he parked he's car and killed all the gangsters by seeing this by FIB officer They appreciated ishan for helping out and also gave him an offer to join FIB
Ishan was very curious to join FIB and in some following days he joined FIB as a full time officer But he got bored of doing his duty because there were no crimes in the city and one day ishan was in hospital to donate his blood and he accidentally met his childhood friend "Yug Walker" they were discussing about their life and their conversation came at the end of the topic about doing illegal stuff . So, he shifted to a small house in south San Andreas and also more over yug walker got the leadership of a gang named "Los Nomadas" so ishan joined the Los Nomadas as a deputy all the things were going but suddenly ishan got a message from his other friend that yug walker is no more,ishan was very upset and then Ahmed leader of liberty gave him offer for deputy as there were no leader of los Nomadas so ishan joined Liberty gang as a deputy
After 1 week ishan left liberty gang because there were no high scope of liberty gang then
He got the idea to takeover Los Nomadas by the help of Ishan's trusted friend he was the new leader of Los Nomadas and he was managing things better than Yug Walker but after the 23rd day some enemies of ishan made a plan to kill him and planted a bomb in his car when his enemies activated the bomb ishan got into an huge accident then an trusted member of Los Nomadas got to know that there is someone who's got into huge accident he take ishan to the city hospital and there doctor "hunter prime" did Ishan's operation for over straight 5 days and doctors revived ishan and told him to take some rest and don't go anywhere.after recovery of ishan he got to know that in the absence in Los Nomadas all members gets toxic and killed there own members. As of now, Ishan got new life from doctors so he thought not to do illegal because doctors gave him wan to ishan because Ishan was taking weed in the past so he was going home and outside of the hospital he was waiting for a cab and when he was sitting in the cab one handed up he saw that he is "ranja" his Los Nomadas gang member they talked about all things and then ranja told ishan that he is the leader of the Army ishan congratulations him and then ranja asked ishan what's your future plans then ranja seen the silence in his face and gave him offer to join army as a major general of the army.
Ishan was doing very excellent work in the army and one of the collaborative mission with the Govt+army ishan was leading that mission and we completed that mission without any fear and by this deputy governor seen ishan and scheduled a meeting with general of the army and the result of the meeting was transfer of ishan from army to government as ranja (general of the army) agreed with this because he wants to see ishan's success
Now ishan is in Government as a deputy director of usss department

1 -Ishan can give/take information from gangsters in exchange for money. (Upto 50k)
2 - Ishan can become a hostage for bribes (up to 100k)
3 -Ishan can make criminals drop their weapons and illegal items and keep them for himself or sell them in the black market. (Not government items, the suspect should follow fear rp)
4 -Ishan can go into Ghetto Off Duty and can Kill/Rob people with his friends and family members. ( No fighting against LEOs and not entering gang HQ)
