Experience- In the past I have worked in hospital as a employee i worked over 2-3 weeks and that's why I know how it prop function so that why I know how to leader and help people's and how to make a better team I have woked in inferno gang (hc) , Los Nómadas (deputy leader), army (hc) , goverment (hc)....and many more organisations i worked in past.
Health care- To ensure the hospital operates efficiently and effectively, improving healthcare is the must need for this organisation and I want to make these things happen.
Activites- I want to make hp more and more active as I see in recently no one is active there and I want to server for patients by being more and more active by conducting events and fun activities to attract the employee to join and to serve for the patient's....with these steps we can help the patient's also we can continue the flow of medkits.
Expirence with this organisation- I have worked in this organisation as a employee before aswell and I wanted to again work with this organisation but as a leader because I think I can lead this organisation better.....by doing some innovative things which was not done in. The past term.

--->> Enhance Communication Skills: Conducting a meeting and training about how to communicate with the patient's while u were on duty to enhance the roleplay experience
--->> Provide Scenario Based Training: Regularly conduct conducting the meeting about the scenario roleplay For example- Scenario of car accident patient or fever patient etc.
