2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
-> First and foremost I have been noticing that Hospital is very in-active in the city, so don't want that to be happened from coming terms. I will become the leader and will take care about that and I will make sure that at-least 1 or 2 employees will be in the Hospital lobby.
-> Ambulance service in the city is very much in-active. I haven't seen Ambulance roaming in a city till now. If I become a leader, I will make sure that ambulance service will be active all the time. I will allocate separate team for that ambulance service if they are not available then other employees can also do that.
-> Main thing is that Med-kit scams are more in the city. I will definitely work on that and I will make sure that no even single med-kit from this org will got scammed.
->People are often visiting Hospital Lobby without any reason and they are getting into hated arguments in Lobby during Event times. I will call for Cops during that time to not let that happen again.
3. Your advice for improving Role-Play in the organization.
-> I will introduce Employee benfits for the employees with terms and conditions. (I will implement this after discussing with Curator in-detail).
-> Bonus System will be there based on the employee performance.
-> I will implement one more interesting thing to encourage the employees that is "Employee of the week". I will praise that employee for every 1 week and special bonus will be awarded to that employee.
