2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
Reason no 1 - I have always had a strong desire to help others and I know how important the EMS department is in saving lives. Becoming a leader would give me the chance to ensure we can always respond effectively to emergencies and make a real difference in the community.
Reason no 2 - I see a lot of ways we can improve the department operations like training response times and communication. I want to make sure the EMS team is always ready and capable and I believe I can bring about some positive changes.
Reason no 3 - A strong team is key to success. I want to create an environment where the team feels supported and valued where everyone is motivated to do their best. As a leader I will make sure that we all work together to achieve our goals and provide the best care to those in need.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
Advice - I think we could benefit from having more practice sessions so everyone feels more confident in different situations. Using real medical terms and procedures would also make the roleplay more realistic and help everyone stay sharp. And changing things up with new scenarios would keep it interesting and challenge the team to think on their feet.

We need to go through our units in a different places and make camps and people easily purchase med kits. Ems work more do better.
