1. Why do you want to become an assistant?
I want to become an assistant because I’m dedicated to helping the community run smoothly and maintain a fair, enjoyable RP environment. I’ve always enjoyed assisting players, solving issues, and ensuring that everyone follows the rules while having fun. I believe my experience and professionalism can help support the admins and improve the overall player experience.
2. What are your strengths?
My main strengths are communication, patience, and responsibility. I can handle situations calmly, even under pressure, and I always make sure to listen to both sides before making a decision. I’m also active and consistent, which helps me respond quickly when someone needs help or guidance.
3. What are your biggest weaknesses?
Sometimes I take too much responsibility because I want everything to go perfectly, but I’m learning to manage tasks more efficiently and trust the team I work with. I see it as an opportunity to keep improving my teamwork and leadership skills.
