A.) By becoming leader of media i can decide how serious people take rp, more news coverage equals a better rp experience therefore making more people do rp properly.
B.) I want to create engaging news that will spur people on to be more active with the hopes of getting interviewed because they have achieved something.
C.) Im not biased towards anybody i treat all equally even if i own my family or have friends in the gangs or army or hp, i know how to seperate RP from personal relationships thus ensuring that media is fair to everyone.

A.) I will create a daily reporting schedule for team to ensure that they are taking their jobs seriously.
B.) Train new employees in all departments so they have experience in case they want to switch between departments.
C.) Hold media events for employees to strengthen their bonds with each other and promote co-operation.
D.) Give bonuses according to productivity and tasks completed.
