(b) I want to keep good quality and discipline in every project( Like- News-media, Poster-Birthday,Advertising businesses). My aim is to make our work look clean , creative, and professional.
(c) I want to help new joinees understand their work, feel comfortable, and learn new things from the Media team.

1. Give training to new joinees so they can learn rules fast.
2. Encourage creative discussions and idea sharing across departments.
3. Recognize and reward employees Give him small bonus according to work so employee also get haappy and his mind all ways on work who show dedication and Activeness.
4. Keep weekly meetings to check progress and solve small problems quickly.
