-> I worked as High Command for Los Nomadas earlier, I saw many flaws when I was High Command like New Joiners are not knowing exact rules and like how to behave in Ghettos. I will make sure that a specific team will give training to the new applicants and then another team will take interviews to them and then they will assign ranks based on their performance.
-> I will make sure that each and every member in the team should follow only the team plan, I will divide members as sub teams and assign a knowledge person as leader for sub team and work with understanding to bring success.
-> I have good knowledge in leading the Organization like I was worked for state Organizations also and I can make sure that my term will be a best term.

-> I will make sure that no nepotism takes place and I will treat every player equally, so that everyone will feel good and they will play with dedication. i will support hard workers.

-> I will make sure that Turfers should be around the Head Quarters to keep our Gang secure.
