Sir as in the above POV you can see that the suspect officer was doing Ghetto Patrolling alone , when i was passing through this road i saw him he was afk might be he got a Code A , but he was doing the GP alone and according to SR 5.5 FBI OR PD cannot do GP Alone there must be minimum 2 officers !

This is the only pov i have and everything can be seen clearly sir , when i was passing through i saw this scene then started recording pov ! We can clearly see he was alone .
