1. Why do you want to become an assistant?
-I would get to create a chill and inclusive space where everyone feels valued. I love to connect with players, making sure everyone plays fair and leveling up the overall experience.I love solving problems, so being an admin would let me use those skills to keep things running smoothly. Being an admin would mean I get to help the server grow and create awesome memories for everyone.

-Problem solving abilities : I’m really good at spotting issues and practical solutions. This is super important for keeping things running smoothly and handling any problems. Whether someone breaking the rules, or a player conflict, I can check out the situation, figure out the best solution, and can sort the issue fast. This helps make sure the game stays fun for everyone.
-Leadership: making sure everyone plays fair and respects each other. My leadership is like being supportive to everyone, so everyone feels like they can help out and are valued.
3. What are your biggest weaknesses?
-Poor Communication: I can understand it perfectly but in speaking and writing my english is not perfect and fluent but it is understandable and everyone can understand it easily.
