1. Why do you want to become an assistant?
Ans: I want to become an Assistant Admin because I want to help the players of RP Grand and gain experience in a new role. I am also a student, but I can manage this role along with my studies. My past experience was in media as a HR and Trainer and my rank was DD OF ADS and I performed my duties well in my eyesight.I understand that an Assistant Admin has a lot of responsibilities, but I am confident that I can handle them. I will perform my duties with 100% effort, and it is also my personal choice to become an Assistant Admin. Kindly give me a chance to perform this role.
2. What are your strengths?
Ans: My strengths.
i) Comunication skills
ii) Team work.
iii) i make my mind always cool during taking any discussion.
iv) Always listen my senior's commands and don't misbehave with them.
v) I am doing respect of my senior and also junior.
vi) I always ready for any situation and if I done any mistakes then i always accept my faults.
vii) I am Performing my work with my full efforts.
3. What are your biggest weaknesses?
Ans: My Weaknesses.
i) I haven't any biggest weakness but some time I am loosing my patience.
ii) If someone irritates me, I can't control myself and get angry too quickly.
iii) I think a lot about something and thinking too much makes me stressed and in stressed few times i taking wrong Decision.
4. Is there any IRL problem that prevents you from being active at the moment?
Ans: No, there are no any problems they prevents me from being active. I am a student also but i can manage it with my studies.(If there is any problem in the future I will leave it.)
