1 • Tactical planning — I will develop clear strategies for each event (e.g., when PF starts, entry timing, COT procedures, territory capture). I’ll create standard assembly points and coordinated movement plans so members act together and efficiently.
2 • Training — I will run regular shooting and combat-training sessions to improve members’ skills and teamwork.
3 • Leadership — I will recruit experienced deputies who excel at marksmanship, quick decision-making, and maintaining control during operations.
4 • Rewards & accountability — I will hold weekly review sessions with opportunities for promotion, demotion, and performance bonuses to motivate members and maintain high standards.
