1. Why do you want to become an Assistant?
I want to become an Assistant because I enjoy helping others and maintaining a fair RP environment. I believe in teamwork and want to make sure players have a smooth and enjoyable experience. I’ve gained strong experience as HC in GOV, HP, FBI, and PD, and I’ve also been Ex-Leader of Liberty and Deputy in multiple gangs, so I understand both state and crime sides well. I want to use that experience to assist players and support the staff team efficiently.
2. What are your strengths?
I’m a good listener, calm under pressure, and always respectful when handling situations. I communicate clearly, follow rules, and help others with patience. My strong knowledge of all organizations helps me guide new players and handle any issue quickly and fairly.
3. What are your weaknesses?
Sometimes I overthink things because I always want to make the right decision, but I’m learning to trust my judgment more and focus on results.

No, I’m fully active and available every day with a stable schedule and reliable connection.
