Why Do You Want To Be The Leader Of This Specific Organization?
I want to be the leader of los nomadas because I have the RP experience, leadership skills, and vision to make it a respected, feared, and organized faction. My focus is on loyalty, strategy, immersive RP, and expanding our influence both IC and OOC.
1..Roleplay Immersion and Consistency
As a leader, I’ll keep the RP immersive and high-quality. From organizing roleplay events (like COT , BANK ROBBERY , ARMY RAID and Truf) I want los nomados to be one of the top.
2.. Clear Structure & Fair System
I’ll establish a rank system where promotions are earned through loyalty, RP quality, and contribution — not favoritism. Every member will know what they’re working toward.
3..Strong Leadership & Unity
I want to bring discipline, loyalty, and respect to every member. los nomadas should feel like a family, not just a gang. Everyone will have a role, a voice, and a reason to be proud of wearing yellow colors.

1..Train Members in RP Basics
Not everyone is experienced in RP. Host small training sessions to teach how to talk act in green area and getto area
2..Respect Server Rules
Make sure everyone follows the server’s RP rules — no random killing, fail RP, or toxic behavior. Good RP earns respect and helps the group
3..Reward and Recognize Good RP
• Give promotion opportunities, custom small rewards for members who show great RP effort in events
• Share RP highlights or screenshots in the Discord server
• Make everyone feel like their contribution matters.
4..Build a Positive Atmosphere
• Create a space where members feel comfortable to speak, learn, and improve.
• Support new players — help them grow into confident RPers.
• Keep toxic behavior out of the organization always respect comes first.
5..Keep RP Consistent with Server Rules
• Make sure everyone respects server rules — no powergaming, meta-gaming, or random acts.
• Encourage solving problems through RP instead of arguing OOC.
• Build a positive reputation with members and HC through clean RP.
